All products are new and are covered with the manufacture's warranty. Unless otherwise noted, there is a 30-day money back guarantee. There is a 12-month warranty against factory defects. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Also a 10% return charge will be applied on all returned merchandise, a 15% charge for MIT TDP units and canceled orders will apply. Merchandise returned is at your expense. Merchandise returned is not resold.
If you wish to return any merchandise, please call or email to receive a Return Authorization Code RAC. Merchandise returned needs to be in the original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled) and any other accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or package. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any such items. Shipping charges will be deducted from original price on all Free Shipping merchandise returned.

When returning merchandise, please insure it for full value. In the event your shipment is damaged in transit, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipper. Credit will be then issued when the claim is settled with the carrier.

6 Month Satisfaction Guarantee
MagnetiCo Inc has complete confidence in the effectiveness of their product. Therefore when you purchase MagnetiCo Power Sleep Pad, you are entitled to a 6 Month Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results obtained after this period, you may return the Sleep Pad for a refund, less a 10% restocking charge. However, you must use the pad for a minimum of 4 months. This much time is often necessary for a fair trial.

The MagnetiCo Sleep Pad has a 1 year Warranty on materials and workmanship. In the event that you are not satisfied with your results, the following simple conditions must be met before a refund can be made. Please read carefully the following.

Be sure you have followed the use, care and positioning instructions given. You must call MagnetiCo Inc for return authorization and shipping instructions before shipping the Sleep Pad.

When you call, you will be given the closest shipping point. You are responsible for returning shipping costs to the point designated by MagnetiCo Inc. Shipments of COD will not be accepted by MagnetiCo Inc. It is advisable to keep the original shipping carton and protective plastic bag should you need them. Remember...Refunds will not be made without PRIOR authorization from the MagnetiCo Office. If you have questions, call MagnetiCo Inc.

No credit can be issued for shipping expenses, nor refused delivery. Please note, on all MagnetiCo orders, the Shipping & Handling charges have been included for each item.

Please Note - Persons with Pacemakers cannot use a magnetic sleep pad as it will interrupt the function of the pacemaker.
