Tsu-Tsair Chi, N.M.D., Ph. D., was born in China. After receiving his B. Sc. in Chemistry from Chung-Yuan University, Taiwan, and doing graduate studies in Biochemistry at City College of New York, he earned his Ph. D. in Biochemistry from Waksman Institute of Microbiology at Rutgers State University, New Jersey.

He then became a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician. Since 1978, he has done anti-infectious disease research at E.R. Squibb and Sons Inc, New Jersey, and new anti-cancer agent research at Warner-Lambert Parke-Davis Co, Michigan. He was also the laboratory director at Omicron Inc in Redlands, California where he did anti-cancer and arteriosclerosis research.

Dr. Tsu-Tsair Chi is the President of Chi's Enterprise Inc, which features Mineral Infrared Therapy TDP with synergistic herb products. In the book: Dr. Chi's Method of Fingernail and Tongue Diagnosis, you will learn how to use teeth-marks and Lunulae diagnosis for the prevention of cancer, heart disease, hormone imbalance, digestive problems, etc. The Lunulae are the white half moons on the fingernails, next to your cuticles. Eight Lunulae, 4 on each hand at the base of your fingernails indicates good health, if you have more, or less, you need help from the Herbal Formulas of Dr. Chi, and treatments with the Mineral Infrared Therapy Device. Please note that there is more to Dr. Chi's fingernail diagnosis than just these few words about the Lunulae.

Dr. Chi also writes about Mineral Insemination problem.
